Environment +

Marcato products are designed to last a lifetime. Made in Italy from high-quality steel and aluminum, they prioritize durable and recyclable materials over disposable components. Their mechanical design, without integrated electronics, reduces obsolescence and promotes reparability.

The Tradition of Grain, Enhanced with New Versatility

The Marga Mulino manual grain mill from Marcato lets you take your baking to the next level by making your own flour and cereal flakes. One tool for multiple uses: bread, pasta, pancakes, or gluten-free recipes, using both soft and hard grains.

Its 6-position regulator allows you to easily adjust the grind to your needs: fine flour or flakes of varying thickness. A simple action for a controlled and authentic result.

Made from high-quality chrome-plated steel with food-safe anodized aluminum rollers, Marga Mulino combines durability, sturdiness, and safety. Its design ensures a smooth, consistent grind, day after day.

Compatible with the Pastadrive motor, it adapts to your pace and preferences, for both manual and motorized use.

Care instruction

Here’s how to properly clean a pasta machine like the Marcato Atlas 150 or Atlas+ to keep it in perfect condition:

  • Pasta machines and accessories should never be washed in a dishwasher or rinsed with water.
  • Water can cause rust on the rollers and metal components.
  • Let any remaining pieces of dough on the machine dry completely.
  • Use the provided brush or a small toothpick to remove dried dough from between the rollers and cutters.
  • Removable accessories (such as rollers or cutters) can be cleaned with the brush or a dry cloth.
  • The small combs built into the pasta cutters are useful for removing dried dough.
