Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days after receiving payment.

Shipping Methods: Items are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during the order once your package has been shipped.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery may take between 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. For shipments within Canada, a flat fee of $9.99 applies. However, for orders of $75 or more, shipping is free within Canada. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order.

Possible Delays: While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, logistical issues, etc.). We thank you for your understanding.
