Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND OF MERCHANDISE

You have the possibility to return your items, at your own expense, within 14 days of receiving your order. A refund will be given if the product is returned in its original condition, i.e. unused and in its original packaging. Please note that additional delivery charges will apply for all returns.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

In the event that you receive a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. A replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost to you for shipping or handling. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return a defective product. For a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, in its original packaging.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). These delivery times are not guaranteed, however.

Matière Bussière cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by errors on the part of the carrier (for example, sorting errors by Canada Post).

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will drop off your parcel at the nearest collection point. A delivery notice card will then be left at your address, providing you with the necessary information to collect your parcel. Although a signature is not required at the time of delivery, you will be asked for photo ID when collecting your delivery.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes (PO Box numbers).

UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Information on prices, availability and dates of our offers are subject to change without notice. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory, there may be times when an item, size or color is no longer in stock at the time of order. Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation. If an unforeseen event requires us to cancel a product from your order, we will contact you to inform you and explain the situation.

We also reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions of products, and to refuse or cancel an order if an error in pricing or description is discovered, even after acceptance of the order. We will notify you of any changes or cancellations.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER

If you wish to cancel or modify your order after placing it, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible by email at jf @matierebussiere.com or by phone at 418-953-1379 . We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order is being prepared for shipping, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. If you cancel a purchase that qualifies for a promotion, discount or free shipping, you may lose your right to these benefits.

PRODUCT SOLD AS FINAL SALE

Please note that items specified as "Final Sale" are not exchangeable or refundable.

REFUND POLICY

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund of the full purchase amount, using the original payment method. The refund will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Please note that the refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. If paying by credit card, the refund will appear on your card statement within the usual time frame depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to refuse or not refund the full price of a returned item if it does not meet the return conditions specified above (for example, if the item is used, damaged or if abuse is noted).
